An Apostille Stamp or Apostille Certificate is an official affirmation that the document is genuine and that it can be recognised and used in another country.
When a document is to go to a foreign country, it might need its notarization or official certification authenticated. Some countries call this an apostille. Obtaining an apostille can be a tricky process and if you are not familiar with the process of obtaining document authentication, you can make mistakes that have you facing a long wait, or have your documents rejected because you didn’t file them correctly, then you would have to start the process all over again.
My services will simplify your obtaining apostille certification for documents that fall under its legal jurisdiction.

To obtain an apostille you must send the following information: Original unaltered certified copy of state department or county court issued document or personal document item notarized by an Oregon State notary with a full notarial certificate. The Secretary of State authenticates the notary signature and compares it to the notary signature on file and determines if the notarial act was executed properly.
